PT Kasakata Kimia, sebuah perusahaan bagian dari Avian Group yang telah beroperasi dari tahun 1993 di bawah PT BASF Indonesia. Kami adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi Masterbach. Produksi kami mencakup berbagai macam kebutuhan dan layanan yang terkait dengan plastic dalam bidang otomotive, fibre, packaging, peralatan rumah tangga, konstruksi, olahraga dan lain-lain.
Primary Responsibility
Make phone call with potential customers (by data base) and proposed to sales
Preparing, planning the publication of all publicity material to maximise products selling.
Analyzed sales report and preparing sales data for salesperson.
With Salesperson build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Process Order, ensure products delivered in accordance with a promised date
Handle customer complaints, distribute to related departement, follow up investigation result and sales response up to complain closed
Evaluating the effectiveness of all Sales activity ( customer satifaction )
Supporting Salesperson in customer service.
Controlling finish goods inventory
Qualification
Qualification
Male / Female, age between 26-32 years old.
Bachelor degree from reputable university
Previous experience in a similar marketing & customer service role.
Able to work under pressure with limited supervision at field
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving initiative.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work as team.
Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is preferable)
