Primary Responsibility
- Achieve budgeted revenues and personal/ team sales goals and maximize profitability
- Create develop special events to showcase the aesthetic clinics to potential clients
- Attend major market events locally and nationally to promote our clinic and increase marketing opportunities for the clinic.
- Direct day to day sales activities, plan, assign work, and establish performance and developments goal for team members
- Develop and maintain relationship with key clients and outside contacts
- Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information requirement and special needs for every sales and events or to promote existing or new clinic
- Lead marketing effort to up sell services clients or clinics
- Develop awareness and reputation of the brand of the clinics
- Work closely with the key business local community groups to ensure constant high profile exposure for the clinic
- Work with advertising agencies, consulting firm and vendors to maximize advertising investment and ensure ads represent brand identity
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Leadership, Team building, Market research, Communication, Sales skill
- Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
