Primary Responsibility
Answer queries from new leads and convert them into sales
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Be confident to sell on all leads that come through the different online platforms/funnels
Provide advice and guidance on product selection to new leads and negotiate
Be able to assist on telephone with payment process via bank transfer, online and card payments
Achieve agreed sales targets (daily / weekly / monthly)
Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
Prepare and submit sales quotations or sales advice for orders
Visit/meet clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Maintain client records via our online and manual filing systems
Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers as per their requirements
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with the team and other departments
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Deliver the best customer service at all times
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Required skill(s): market analysis, project management, presentations, risk management, computer literacy, selling & negotiation skills.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales/Commercial Executive or equivalent.
