Primary Responsibility
Review sales performance in short term in order to determine action plan or improvement plan of their performance -
Maintain customers by regular visits
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product information as well as solve customer problems
Prepare budgets and approve budgets expenditures
Monitor customers preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
Analyze sales statistic
Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
Determine discount rates or special pricing planes
Qualification
Qualification
Bachelor Degree (preferable Chemical Analyst, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Technology)
Having experience minimum 3 years in Sales Marketing Department
Having experience in food raw material and in food ingredients will be advantage (For Food and Beverage)
Having experience in Cosmetic raw material will be advantage (for Cosmetic)
Have a good communication skills
Good personality, enthusiastic, service-minded, optimistic, interpersonal andnegotiation skill
Having sense of business and strong leadership spirit
Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, internet)
language skills Indonesia and Inggris
Having a Driving License ( SIM A )
