Primary Responsibility
Discover and partner with trustworthy vendor and suppliers
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with supplier accounts via outreach, pitching, and attending meetings
Negotiate products to buy/sell, timelines and business terms to secure profitable deals
Analyzing and calculating costs of buying and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
Forecasts and tracks supplier account metrics and SLA
Work with Buying Planners to develope efficient sourcing strategies to meet products portfolio target
Work with Marketing team to develope and execute brands, categories or products promotion
Develop, communicate, and drive seasonal business strategies that meet or exceed financial goals and customer expectations
Work with Operations, Buying Planner, and Warehouse Team to manage inventory levels and execute appropriate replenishment strategies
Keep records of all account communications and transactions
Qualification
Qualification
Any BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 years of work experience are welcome to apply
Knowledge of industrial tools and supplies is a plus
Outstanding communication skills with all levels of an Organization
Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
Demonstrate knowledge of target customer base and that of product trends
Possess a clear understanding of commercial and financial measurements and how to impact them
Passion for working with business partners to identify opportunities, creates innovative solutions, and deliver results
Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially Microsoft Excel
Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative, start-up environment
Must be Highly Self-Directed, results-oriented, and able to work at both strategic and tactical levels
