Primary Responsibility
Handle all documentation relate to sales dept. such as inquiry, sales order, delivery order etc.
Coordinate with store to arrange goods delivery
Perform general admin duties such as entry data, organizing file etc.
Contribute to quality customer service and helps sales team meet its target
Cover Receptionist duty
Handling incoming call and walk-in customer
Giving assistances to accounting and financial daily process
Ensuring all documentation are tidy and proper filling record
Qualification
Qualification
Maximum age 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
Required language(s) : Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer Literate
Hard Worker, Self-Motivated, discipline, honest, detail oriented
Willing to learn and able to work independent or team, target oriented
