Handle customer inquiries over the email and chat

Manage, identity & escalate customer's feedback
Route order for processing to appropriate resource
Record and update essential information to database
Produce report for customer list and feedback log
Age 22 - 28 years
At least college level or college undergraduate
Able to adapt in fast-paced environment
Able to multitask
Have a good communication skill
To be placed at Surabaya
