Primary Responsibility
- To search suspect and prospective customers and work out the target customers
- Prepare visit plans for prospective and established customers with in regards of its priority
- To achieve sales target as defined by general manager
- Conduct performance review meetings with team monthly and management
- Promoting the products, follow up of offers, and feedback of market conditions, customer requirements (market research)
- Maintaining records of customer/ prospect visits (notebook) for any leads, potential, industry related information, and make formal report to the company
- Contribute positively to the development and maintenance of operational procedure to ensure optimal synergy within the team and company

- Male
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in related industry: Automotive-Aluminum-Steel-Boiler-Refractory-Maintenance-Oven-Furnace-Heat Treatment-Heater-Glass-Insulation-Thermocouple
- Target/Goal oriented with high expectation of success and growth
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Technical mindset and willingness to learn
- Have own vehicle
- Fixed Salary and High-Commission
- Transport and communication allowance
- International Exposure
- Self- motivated and driven, responsible, looking for continuous self-improvement
- Minimum of understanding verbal English
- Capable of using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Has experience in sales or business development is preferential
- Comfortable with selling technical product to industrial customer
