Primary Responsibility
• To be responsible in directing, and monitoring the overall Front Office Operation smoothly as directed by the Room Division Manager
• Do daily inspection and control all Front Office employees to ensure that they perform their daily duties according to required standards
• Check and ensure that consistency in the service for guest in maintained from reservation stages to the final departure
Qualification
Qualification
• Min. 3 years experience in the same position
• Well versed in Rooms Division Management (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering)
• Capable to operate Management System, Realta or Opera System
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Good interpersonal skill, leadership skill, and coaching skills
• Service excellent & customer oriented
• Able to work independent as well as team work, and able to work under pressure
