Primary Responsibility
The Food and Beverage Manager be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant F&B Manager, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
