Primary Responsibility
. Responsible for implementing market research, sales and marketing plan. Determining annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies recommending selling prices, monitoring costs competition, supply and demand. Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs and developing field sales action plans. Identifying marketing opportunities by ascertaining consumer requirements defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business establishing targeted market share. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits exploring specific needs anticipating new opportunities. Motivates and monitors sales teams on marketing and sales activities and also conduct training

Qualification
. Degree in Marketing/Business Development or related disciplines whit the Busisness. At least 5 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing with more than 3 years in management level. Experience in cutting tools industry/ automotive industry. Possess strong negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Discipline and has Integrity. Good personality. Able to work under pressure. Age : 30-40
