Established on 8 June 1984, PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk (CAS Destination JAS Airport Services) started off its operation in 1985 at Soekarno-Hatta Airport by providing ground services for Cathay Pacific, Malaysian Airlines, Lufthansa, and Singapore Airlines. In 1989, the Company expanded its operational network into several major airports in Indonesia, namely Bali, Surabaya, Manado, Makassar and Medan. As part of ground handling service provided, the Company expanded its business into cargo handling and warehousing services in 2000. This expansion has boosted the Company in serving more than 25 airlines nationwide as well as making the Company as first private ground handling provider in Indonesia that provides one stop solution for the customers.
