Assist Project Manager in managing the construction project at site which involve overseeing assigned project schedule and cost, interfacing with contractor and client (owner), ensure the implementation of quality control and safety program
Liaising with vendor to ensure on time delivery to site and/or remedial action if required
Managing and monitoring the performance of site based management, staff & resources
Preparation and implementation of Health, Safety and Environment plan & procedure, quality plan & procedure, methodology and method statement
Sourcing & appointing resourcing and subcontractor as agreed
Applying corrective action & disciplinary procedure as necessary
