• Responsible for Supervision/Management of sales activities for the Retail segment.
• Assist superior in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the sales targets.
• Assist superior in revising and implementing the sales strategy plans.
• Assist superior in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
• Assist superior in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
• Communicate with the existing accounts to increase/maintain levels of the business activity.

• Developing and maintaining sales materials and current product knowledge
• Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to superior
• Researching prices, products and monitor promotion activities of competitors
• Attending trade shows to exhibit products/services or conferences to keep abreast of the latest products and trends
