Primary Responsibility
1. Product Roadmap
- Develop and drive product roadmap and value add services roadmap
- Set and manage the product profitability margin
- Define the user experience and new product features
- Work with technical product development team to deliver new product roadmap and value added services2. Product Marketing
- Develop and implement product marketing initiatives and policies
- Formulate product marketing communication strategies and plans
- Provide and brief marketing in product positioning and campaign direction
- Vet and approve marketing communications
- Identify target segments and formulate targeted marketing strategies to increase penetration3. Portfolio Management
- Analyse portfolio profile and identify revenue enhancement opportunities
- Develop targeted upsell and cross sell initiatives
- Engage sales channels to implement upsell and cross sell initiatives
- Monitor results and modify campaigns to achieve revenue targets4. Leadership and People
- Provide direction, coaching and guidance to team members to improve skill sets and facilitate delivery on business plans.
- Manage, lead and coach direct reports to achieve their job objectives
- Enthuse and obtain cooperation from internal staff/stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of agreed plans
Qualification
Qualification
- Age 35-45 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree any major
- Having experience in Pay TV or Broadband Internet provider at least 5 years
- Experience in development of Product Roadmap and Value Added services
- Understanding of pay TV, broadband bundling, OTT convergence
- Good analytical and strategical thinking
- Good understanding in financial
- Have experience in handling large team
- Good planning and organizing
- Fluent in English is a must
