Primary Responsibility
- KPI: to achieve Portfolio Upsell revenue target, and Portfolio Upgrade & VAS KPI
- Create, coordinate & manage regular portfolio upsell programs: campaign profile, offer, marketing media (communication, creative art) and sales channels in effective, timely & accurate manner
- Post campaign evaluation & analysis, measuring campaign effectiveness for future improvement
- Managing portfolio customers in the objective of leveraging customer’s content experiences in each customer’s lifetime (customer journey)
Qualification
Qualification
- Age 25-40 years old
- Bachelor Degree from any majors (preferably in Marketing, Business, Information Systems)
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Having experience in creating and managing tactical end-to-end marketing campaign in a dynamic environment, ever worked in Telco/PayTV/Internet retail industry is an advantage
- English active
- Have sufficient knowledge & experience in digital marketing
- Able to adapt in the marketing dynamic environment
- Have passion, self-innitiatve, creativity in creating and managing marketing campaign
- Analytical, persistent and willing to do extra mile in order to achieve target
- Care to details, willing to work further to the details process/ data in order to create, manage and evaluate marketing campaign
