Primary Responsibility
- Achieve sales team target
- Build sales team with +/- 25 to 60 sales person
- Develop high quality of sales team (Quantity & Quality)
- Increase productivity
- Set / Provide selling strategy with the team to achieve sales target
- Strengthen / improve sales performance by working together with other related unit
- Manage sales agency to provide team needs (people, motivational, etc), together with RH

- Male
- Age 28-35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales in Telecommunication or Broadband Internet industry
- English active
- Persuasive and target oriented
- Proven leadership skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Have Ability to analyze sales
- Work Location : Tangerang
