Primary Responsibility
Melakukan fungsi helpdesk dan call center dalam project
Memaintain (crete, update, dll) dan memonitor issue tracking dan issue ticketing menggunakan aplikasi yang disediakan
Berkomunikai aktif ke kantor pusat, user, dan team di seluruh Indonesia via email, conference call, dll
Berkomunikasi aktif ke Pricpila, L2, dan L3 support dan team di negara-negara lain via email, conference call, dll (dalam bahasa inggris)
Melakukan problem solving dari troubleshooting yang terjaddi bersama dengan team
Melakukan tugas-tugas administratif dalam project
