Primary Responsibility
• Screen candidates and job applications• Conduct interview and filtering candidates by using various reliable recruiting and selection methods• Resposible to manage all activity recruitment• Reporting recruitment update progress periodically• Responsible for files, documentation and human resource support• Manage employee's data such attendence, annual leave work agreement etc• Responsible to support all HR function issues

• Age maximum 35 years old• Candidates must process at lest a bachelor degree from psychology, human resources management or equivalent• Have at least 3 year(s) of working experience in related position.• Preferably Staff (non-management and non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources, Psychology.• refereble from manufactur company• Good interpersonal skill, initiative and communication• Computer literate and fluent in English• Complete other administrative work• With strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and service consciousness
