- Receives and answers phone call both from internal and external client
- Responses and follow up emails from client
- Create reports related to Customer Care’s actifities
- Checking network data, policy, and Premi SPAJ before answering question or complaint from customer or prospective agent
- Create data summary

- Look attractive
- Have the ability to speak english
- Able to operate MS office, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to work well teams and individuals
- Stay in Jakarta Barat
