Primary Responsibility
Responsibilities:
• Receives and answers phone call both from internal and external client.
• Responses and follow up emails from client.
• Create reports related to Customer Care’s actifities.
• Process policy alteration and benefit payment.

Requirements:
• Experience in Customer Service min 1 year ( fresh graduate opened ) from Management program D3-S1
• Maximum age 25
• Look attractive female
• Have the ability to speak english
• Able to operate MS office, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Ability to work well teams and individuals
• Stay in Jakarta
