Primary Responsibility
• Can make structural design / scale of payroll and C and B• Can operate payroll program (is a plus)• Be able to calculate the percentage increase in annual salary as compared to the increase int the UMP / UMK, the percentage of corporate profits and rising inflation average year• To provide inputs to the payroll management system and the withholding PPH 21 employees system• Understand the rules and regulations of BPJS (employment and health) and pension• Make monthly payroll reports, monthly attendance and overtime throughout all department• Create an employees' turn over reports that will be reported to the HR Manager and the Board of Directors• Create an employees' turn over reports to BPJS (employment and health) and pension• Create an employees' turn over reports to HRD• Create a bio list of new employees, mutation, promotion and demotion• Make SOP of workflow payroll process

• Age maximum 35 years old• Having experience in payroll min 3 years and in the C and B for 2 years in a multinational company• Min. S1 Economic Accounting / Finance• Placement in Karawang• Honest, thorough, active, responsible, wise, and fair• Willing to work overtime and travel offfice• Understand the tax calculation system of PPH 21 individual and agency• Accustomed to working with target and under pressure
