Primary Responsibility
- To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
- Participate in the project planning activities and manage the execution of projects
- Manage relationship with stakeholders, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirement and deliverables
- Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work required budget and timeline
- Communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within one or more funct. areas
- Provide business analysis in one or more functional areas (FI, CO, SD, PP etc) within the enterprise
- Communicate with all levels of the Organization to ensure that the bussiness requirement are valid
- Provide feedback to Business Owner on the requirement business process changes and/or the implication of customized design
- Configuration SAP function to satisfy business requirement and BPD
- Assess SAP configuration within a module to ensure its not in conflict with existing SAP environment/with designs in progress in other SAP modules
- Develop Business Relationships and integrate activities with other Department to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts
- Work with other project personnel to ensure functionality is developed in a way that complies with Business Requirement established methodologies and practices
Qualification
Qualification
- Bachelor/Master Degree in I.T, Computers or related field
- 5-10 Years Experience in relevant areas of IT and functional
- At least two/three full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)
- Have SAP certification in MM and SD modules
- Experience in proces design and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules like SD, MM, WM, PP, QM, FI, CO, IM Etc
- Knowledge in Payroll, CRM and SM proceses and functionalities will be added advantage
- Business knowledge and proces design skill
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendation
- Strong organizational skill
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
- Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadline
