Primary Responsibility
- Recruitment activities process detail (Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedure, Maintain the internal candidate database (e.g. updating contact information, candidates geographical locations, and availability for new work), Communicate with the team to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans, Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates, Prepare weekly reports for Management to show tasks in progress, the number candidates searched, and the number of qualified candidates found, Proof read job descriptions and other related materials)
- Responsible for Hiring activities, Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Responsible for direct team management, drafting job specifications, creating job adverts, analyzing CVs, offering advice to business professionals on recruitment policies
- Overall talent management strategy and implementation including workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, training and development, performance planning, management development and improvement, and succession planning
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
- Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
- Managing HR budgets
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experienced with Construction, High Risk Building, Property company background
- Hiring Expert (Wide networks to find qualified candidates, Review applicants to evaluate their qualifications and whether they meet the position requirements
- Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written
- Strong experience in handling employment law and legal compliances in country
- Fully understanding of Indonesian manpower related regulation
- Project Based for Apartment High End (Tendean area)
