Primary Responsibility
- End to end Recruitment and Selection process
- Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions, maintaining compensation, determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies, designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems, implementing change
- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors
- Provide guidance and direction to compensation and benefits specialists. Within this discipline, human resources managers develop strategic compensation plans, align performance management systems with compensation structure and monitor negotiations for group health care benefits
- Oversee needs assessments to determine when training is necessary and the type of training necessary to improve performance and productivity
- Responsible for investigating and resolving workplace issues, the human resource manager has ultimate responsibility for preserving the employer-employee relationship through designing an effective employee relations strategy

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human
- Strong with Recruitment, Hiring, and Industrial Relation activities
