Primary Responsibility
- Manage e-commerce partners including e-commerce site design, site maintenance and service level agreements, online advertising campaigns and reputation management
- Define and execute online marketing plan with interactive advertising partners to deliver highly targeted and high ROI campaigns
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to identify and act on opportunities to increase online conversion, cart additions, order completion and repeat business
- Work closely with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure all of our merchandise is optimally featured online
- Develop drop ship and other third party relationships to expand the online catalog in order to increase sales, using efficient means to ensure effective presentation of the catalog
- Work with the Graphics Design team and e-commerce partners to develop highly effective creative for online properties and interactive advertising
- Seek proactive input from sales, merchandising and other departments to enhance the e-commerce strategy and realize the desired customer experience across all touch points
- Manage all elements of the online sales P&L, including revenues, discounts, service fees, fulfillment costs and profitability. Working with interactive advertising partners, ensure accurate billing, review and approve all invoices. Forecast interactive advertising spent for accounting accruals and planning

Qualification
- Must have a minimum of 5+ year’s relevant experience in e-commerce (B2C preferred)
- Evidence of highly effective management of partners required
- Strong practical knowledge of e-commerce, interactive advertising and key online technologies
- Excellent analytical skill set including the ability to structure and review essential analysis including campaign return on investment, testing matrices and performance against control groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; for example demonstrated through reporting and presentations in a business context
- Self-confident and highly motivated with a high level of integrity
- Ability to work across functions and groups in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ecommerce specific skills including knowledge of web analytics, web communities, web syndication/web feeds and Web 2.0 are preferable
- Experience using online marketing analytic tools and / services such as Omniture, Google Analytics or equivalent tools is essential
- Experience using email marketing and transaction messaging tools and / or services
- User experience knowledge leveraging rich internet tools such as Flash, Flex, Web 2.0, etc
