Primary Responsibility
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of agents and works cross-functionally across departments to ensure deal execution and fulfillment of agency distribution obligations• Along with managing the day to day relationships, will focus on supporting, developing, and implementing revenue generating initiatives through existing and also new products focused on increasing mutual fund or financial planning awareness. Will leverage existing resources, maximize partnership opportunities and align with core company objectives• Work closely with other departments such as Investment, Operation & Settlement, Risk Management, Finance, Product Development, Marketing Communications, IT and Legal & Compliance teams• Help to deliver agents communications, develop joint conference call, and strategically manage joint events, i.e. regular market update for agents; customer gathering• Be the point of contact for the agents and bring in resources from marketing tools, product knowledge and support as necessary (i.e fund fact sheet monthly, prospectus yearly, product info, market update)• Become an expert on the products that we distribute, our competition and the markets in which we compete• Forecast pipeline AUM, revenue, targeting NOA from agencies on a quarterly and annual basis• Educate the team and make sure the team has done their job• Manage & maintain the team to at least stay in the company for 3 years

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor's) in any degrees• Hold WAPERD / WMI certification• Experienced in sales/marketing 5 years in capital market industry• Responsible for the agencies relationship, including: AUM growth, revenue growth, new NOA, all operations necessary to profitably retain and service the agents /customer• Strong Communication/Presentation Skill• Excellent in Building Relationship
