Primary Responsibility
• Develop, prepare, submit and implement sales strategies to meettargets sales of corporate clients• Together with Head Division and Corporate Sales team to prepare and establish internal marketing strategies as a derivative of the company's marketing strategy.• Coordinate, lead and develop the Corporate Sales team to achieve business targets and budgets set by the company, also creating a work culture that accordance with the company's values• Oversees every individual in Corporate Sales team, ensure they are trained and educated properly, follow company guidelines and policies, perform the job satisfactorily so they stay at the company min.3 years and receive feedback on a regular basis• Together with the Corporate Sales team prepare working papers. Make reports of the work plans in the current month and monitor the results/realization of the business plan at the end of the month• Build strong relationships with the corporate clients either by phone, email or visit to provide information about current & forecast market conditions, products update and explore customer needs and complaints• Coordinate with related internal work units (products, marketing support, investment, operational, IT, HR, etc.) to improve services to customers and enhance the achievement of corporate sales department• Collaborate with various third parties (business alliances, consultants, and custodian bank, SRO etc.) to improve sales performance, improved services, and enhancing the better image of the company• Introduce and ensure the company as a Mutual Fund Distribution Company that could meet all the investment needs for corporate clients through the development of innovative products• Introduce and ensure that company as a Mutual Fund Distribution Company with reliable corporate sales force• Perform duties and responsibilities in the application of the Know Your Client (KYC) principles, such as customer profile data entry and data updating, also encourage the Corporate Sales team to implement the KYC principle to every Corporate client• Monitor and evaluate the realization of business/work plans of Corporate Sales team regularly, and reports to the Head of Division• Conduct an assessment in accordance with applicable regulations designated by the Human Resources Department related to the training/development needs and performance appraisal and submit the results of the assessment to the Head of Division

• Educational minimum bachelor degree (S1) from any major.• Certified WAPERD and WMI• Having minimum 5 years experience working in Capital Market industry and/or Financial Services companies.• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.• Candidate must have good leadership, team work, service excellence, and business orientation• Strong negotiation and conceptual skill• Fluent in English is a must
