Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any field.- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.- Male/female, min. 35 years old- Experience as Trainer- Fluent in English communication- Required skill :o Training Need Analyst (TNA)o Develop training evaluation & systemo Develop training modulo Presentation skill.o Familiar to make KPI concept- Good personality, hard worker, can work in underpressure and can work as a team.
