Company Introduction
Swiss German University (SGU) was established in 2000 as the first international university with a dual academic license recognized as a university under Indonesian law. The license was issued by the National Ministry of Education (DIKNAS). SGU was formed through a joint effort between Indonesia, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria with the objective of bringing a strong international focus to and promoting knowledge and technology in the higher education system od indonesia.
Primary Responsibility
Identifying training and development needs whitin an organizsation through job analysis
Designing and expanding training and development program
Producing training materials for in-house courses
Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organisation
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
evaluating training and development programmes
Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
Qualification
Qualification
Age Minimum : 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Management HR/Psychology/Law
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Experienced in managing documents for DIKTI and Kopertis
Familiar with JJA (Jenjang Jabatan Akademik)
Has experience in terms general HR day-to-day task (for wider exposure purpose);
Able to set up SOP HR for University;
Understand humility (human relations) and has good communications skills;
Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, good team player as well as inspiring leaders for team;
Team working is a must especially in dealing with higher management team;
Having knowledge UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13/2003, UU Guru dan Dosen;
Special Skill : Computer – Linux, Ms Office;
Fluent in English oral and written is a must;
Honest, discipline, self motivated, hardworking and strong leadership;
Mature and reliable personality with strong dedication and passion;
Willing to work under pressure, self starter, meet tight deadlines, energetic and personal drive to success;
Has the spirit and understanding of the culture of higher education/university (a person coming from the same field would be preferable).
