- The Personal Assistant provides both personal and administrative support to BOD / Department Head to which they report
- This role plays a vital part in the smooth-running of our company and the Personal Assistant often acts as a link between the BOD and the other parties
- Personal Assistant are involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
- From time to time the Personal Assistant will also be expected to take care of certain personal matters for BOD. They are expected to be on call at any time for assistance
