Primary Responsibility
- Supervises the activity of the restaurant floor for (Server and Captain)
- Should be able to open and close the restaurant, manage all service Staff, track food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, create daily manning
- Should be ready to handle customer complaints as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager and should be able to conduct daily briefing
- Report to Restaurant Manager

- Minimum 2 years experience
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude
- Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST
- Must be a highly committed individual
- Fluent in English
- Well groomed and Presentable
- Willing to be placed at The People(s) Cafe (Indonesian Cuisine) at Gandaria City, Pasaraya Blok M, Central Park, Pondok Indah, and Kitchenette (Western Cuisine) at Mall Kelapa Gading and Gandaria City
