Recruitment Assistant Manager role is to create the organizational capacity to deliver the strategy, by concentrating on the availability of the workforce by identifying vacancies and prioritizes critical jobs for staffing needs, and develop recruitment strategy to attract, screen, interview and refer qualified candidates to the appropriate placement.
Job Descriptions
• Needs to understand the company needs on recruitment process
• Leading recruitment activities in accordance with procedures
• Ensure the recruitment process in accordance with workforce planning
• Creating qualified job candidates in accordance with the needs of each user
• Create and Improve recruitment strategies and the system
• Manage and fulfill the employee requisition by looking for the applicants thru job ads, using newsgroup and job sites, refer friend program and website
• Build the database by sourcing and ad placement
• Do the canvassing system (distribute flyers from mall to mall by searching and profiling the right criteria to meet which meet the company culture and fulfill the needs)and conduct walk in interview (if needed)
• Providing test tools and test procedures for new employees
• Participating in professional organizations such as the campus hiring and career expo or job fairs
• Create and Implementing Recruitment SOP and assist all the user within the company
• Documentation report activity /recruitment activity
• In cooperation with third party such as headhunters or outsourcing
