Recruitment Assistant Manager role is to create the organizational capacity to deliver the strategy, by concentrating on the availability of the workforce by identifying vacancies and prioritizes critical jobs for staffing needs, and develop recruitment strategy to attract, screen, interview and refer qualified candidates to the appropriate placement.
Job Description:
• To lead and support the development and implementation of HR policy across all areas of the organization including improving performance
• Planning procedures and administration of revenues and employees with good resolution and measurable
• Ensure that the company's pay and benefits structure reflects market values in F&B business, and appropriate internal relatives
• Planning for the provision of health insurance and adequate social security (BPJS)
• Giving the approval on salary and incentive fund to be transferred
• Provide advise and guidance in order to effectively manage issues of discipline and grievance in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures
• Update and create new SOP (if needed) in the Human Resources Department and company to comply with Labor Law
• Responsible for the implementation / socialization on company regulations to all employee
• Create and perform weighting and assessment positions (job value and job grading)
• Contribute to the development of the people through involvement in design, development, implementation and evaluation of HR programmes
