Primary Responsibility
Manage the recrutiment and process
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees hearing and resolving employee grievances/counseling employees and supervisors
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recomending human resources policies and procedures
Maintains human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Maintains humanresource by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Maintains human resourcesstaff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Contributes to tema effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualification
Qualification
At least 5 years of working expereince as HR Mnaager is required
Good interpersonal skill, service mind attitude, well rounded and fast learning
People oriented and results driven
Having good leadership
Having good communication skills
Can translete corporate strategy in the form of appropriate HR policies
Can manage the changes taht occur in the company effectively
Can make the process of job analysis and job description and competency-based KPI
Can be assess training needs to apply and monitor training program soft skills
