Primary Responsibility
- Create employee fulfillment strategy for Branches in Centra Java- Recruit employees for Branches using appropriate recruitment tools- Develop and regularly update training policies and procedures- Conduct TNA, develop training materials based on the needs, and deliver training- Ensure that all employees are provided with required skills and knowledge for their job- Conduct training evaluations based on the agreed standard- Prepare and maintain training budget- Liaise with external training provider for special training- Develop motivational program for employees- Develop internal communication media for employees

Qualification
- Minimum S1 from any discipline- 3 or more years relevant experiences from banking, insurance, multi finance, or microfinance industry is more preferred- Fluent in written and spoken English- Demonstrate good records of developing and delivering training- Have experience in recruiting staffs and able to use appropriate recruitment tools- Excellent computer skill- Willing to travel- Willing to be relocated in Purwokerto, Cilacap, Kebumen, Central Java
