Laboratorium Klinik CITO adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Laboratorium Klinik, di bawah naungan PT. CITO PUTRA UTAMA. Berdiri sejak tanggal 10 April 1967 di Semarang. Saat ini telah memiliki 15 cabang di Indonesia dan telah melayani berjuta orang yang membutuhkan pelayanan Laboratorium Klinik. Telah mengimplementasikan ISO 9001 : 2000 dan akan akan segera mengimplementasikan ISO 15189. Primary Responsibility
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demand, grievances or other issues
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree/ Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equvalent
Required Recruitment and Placement, Labor and Industrial Relations ; Strategic Business Development, Leadership skill
Required language ; English , Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Minimal 35 Years old
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
