Primary Responsibility
- Ability to handle BPJS and calculation Overtime, Tax [ Pph 21 ]
- Experience in data entry with particular focus on HR systems
- Responsible for report recapitulation of daily and monthly attendance
- Update Employee Master Data
- Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll and payroll processing
- Full management & responsibility for staff files and create files for new staff
- Accurately track and process HR documents; follow up as needed
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
- Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis, review changes for proper authorization

- Fluent in english ( oral & verbal )
- Self motivated, with the ability to work proactively using own initiative
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, Access, and Internet Explorer
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- To perform Employee Training Need Analysis; & Employee Training Development Evaluation
- Backup for recruitment process
