Bawana group currently has four line of businesses, namely: Resources Services, Training Services, Shorebase & Logistics and Shipping.
Primary Responsibility
Respond to request for assistance by providing response to enable users to solve their problems or by forwarding details to IT Technical Support
Attend to service call and enquiries
Perform trouble-shooting of the computer to ensure smooth functioning
Ensure maintenance and prompt submmition of technical/service support
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues are captured, assigned, tracked and closed in timely manner
Qualification
Qualification
Maximum age 28 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any field, preferably majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Have a deep understanding of computer hardware and software
Required skills; SQL,Oracle,MS.Office,Ms. Excel
Have a good communication
Patience, resourcefulness and a desire to help others
Applicants must be willing to work in Landmark Tower, Sudirman south Jakarta
No work experience required
