Primary Responsibility
- Analyze business requirements and business processes
- Provide coaching, mentoring and coordination on projects assigned to IT analysts
- Propose and communicate the system solution to all respective parties, in order to enhance current business processes
- Participate in 2nd level application support (incident management)
- Investigate system bugs and simulate incorrect system behavior
- Analyze system problems and detect root cause
- Responsible for system documentation (create, review, update)
- Responsible for system localization
- Communicate with relevant parties about the progress of analytical tasks (requestors, reported person(s), developers, business users, project managers, etc.).
- Participate in software testing process, cooperate with other teams involved in software lifecycle process (infrastructure team, server team, application support team, testing team, development team, etc.)
- Participate in software deployments, from testing environment to production environment, post deployment support, helps to detect, and analyze production bugs and issues

- Diploma, or university degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position - application support, IT analyst.
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Analytical mind which is able to process information logically
- Problem solver - ability to identify, track and solve issues
- SQL knowledge is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of IT and ability to learn about new software
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
