- Hiring desk collection team leaders
- Creation regularly reports
- Regularly meetings with trainers, quality, management
- Working with all systems and set up innovations
- Process improvements proposal and implementation
Qualification
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor degree any major
- At least 2 years of work experience with leadership
- Excelent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excelent presentation skills
- Organized
- Analytical thinking
- Concern for detail and quality
- Consistency, independence, speed
- English language - advanced
