Primary Responsibility
- Performance management (Manage team to achieve target, Check and send report of team performance daily, weekly, monthly, Listening record online and offline, feedback and sharing the best practice to operator, team for improve the quality of the call, Support and handle the difficult cases in need effectively and affectively, Meeting performance, tasks with team weekly, Meeting, training with worst operator to improve the performance daily, weekly or monthly)- Quality management (Responsible for quality of call, call script of operator, Improve quality the call and develop operator to be professional)- People management (Supervise desk collection operator activity, Training, coaching and refreshing operator, Monthly shift arrangement for operator, Joint to test to select the new candidate for EC operator)- Technical management (Report technical issue and come up with solution, Cooperator with IT for fixing the issues, Other requirement from supervisor)- Administration tasks for team prepare daily report

Qualification
- At least Bachelors Degree S1, any field- At least 3 years experiences in supervisory level for handling Desk Collection team- Preferably Supervisor or Coordinators specializing in Banking or Financial Services or equivalent- Experience in handling team or team management- Able to work in shift- Able to work under pressure, learn and accept new information- Experienced in PC skills and using MS Office- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Able to provide training to team members- Good Communication Skill- Can speak English, its more advantage
