Primary Responsibility
• Partner with managerial level to communicate, negotiate, and bring solutions to industrial conflict in the company.• Design, plans and implement a company’s industrial relations (IR) and employee relations (ER) program.• Maintain a cordial relationship with employee, relevant government body and other organization to establish harmonious working place.• Up to date with all government and legislative regulation and how these relate to the HR function.• Develop strategies to prevent labor issues / disputes and its recurrence order to maintain a productive and harmonious working environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and proven working experience more than 5 years as Compliance Manager from big scale company.• Experience and understanding of processes related compliant employment practices in a large organization.• In-depth knowledge in Government Regulation.• Demonstrated organizational, prioritization and decision-making.• Understand of HR system and processes• Experience leading high-performing teams.• Ability to build relationship across various levels and functions within an organization.• Good English communication Skills• Experience with MS Office specifically a solid working knowledge of Word and Excel.• A Master degree in a business field or Human Resources is a plus• Having experience in financial/banking industry.• Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
