Primary Responsibility
• Support Chief HR Officer in managing by organizing meetings, events, trips and other agenda. Provides and manage expatriate HR services and ensure all the expatriate legal process and documentation is handled properly an in timely manner.• Works on the human resources aspects of international employee placements.• Ensure and implement end to end expatriate formalities process by coordinate with HQ, Legal, Expat and HR home country in preparing all expatriate document to be proceed to respective institution (OJK, Agent, Manpower and Immigration) in timely manner.• Manage proper arrival and reception of expatriates assigned in HCID by coordinate with IT, Finance, Facility and C&B for expat benefit.• Communicate expatriate regulations to HQ, respective home country and CHRO to ensure HR matters for expatriate are fulfilled in timely basis and in compliance with related laws and regulations.• Assist CHRO by organized meeting and any administration process needed by CHRO in timely manner.• Maintain good relationship with manpower and immigration to ensure all expatriate formalities process is managed properly.• Manage and monitor database of existing expatriate stay permit, visa, and other formalities.• Provide timely report such as RPTKA (Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing), Expatriate Structure Cost Periodic Expenditures, etc to relevant stakeholders, and regulatory body.• Deliver expatriate formalities report to HQ and CHRO by monthly basis.

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 3 years of proven experience as Expatriate Formalities.• Has knowledge of common procedures within a particular field• Having experience in handling expatriates documentation completion.• Having experience work with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials.• Having experience in dealing with employees.• Service oriented and detail oriented.• Ability to do a multi-task in a dynamic circumstances.• Good communication in English and Bahasa.• Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
