B2C BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

An exciting position existis at PropertyGuru Indonesia (Rumah.com) for a B2C Businees Development Executive to be located in Jakarta Raya, Bandung, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Bali and Makasar with a keen interest in Property and Online Media. PropertyGuru has been going through a spectacular growth journey that brought the Company to become the Southeast Asia’s larges property portal group. While the Company commands leading consumer market share across its markets (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia), it aspires to improve its ability to monetize on the leadership. To enable that, PropertyGuru Indonesia (Rumah.com) is looking for a B2C Businees Development Executive to help the Indonesian Team strengthen branding and egagement with Indonesia Real Estate Developers.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Position PropertyGuru Indonesia (Rumah.com) as the Top Mind Partner for Indonesian Property Agent.
Help build strong and differentiating value propositions that help the Property Agent achieve their branding and conversion objectives.
Enable a steady flow of high-quality sales revenue into the Organization.
Support Indonesian Sales Teams to enhance monetizing on sales revenue.
Job Responsibility
Seeks out and targets new potential Property Agents, new sales opportunities and maintaining the existing clients.
Initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
Develop and/or maintains and improves business relations with all clients.
Monitoring sales activity and updating account profile to ensuring the implementation of sales program.
Liaising with other departments in the Organization according to client requirements.
Prepare sales plan, sales itinerary, sales pipelines, implement and put it all information into system.
Develops database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email and networking.
Making daily and monthly sales report according to the SOP.
Process all correspondence up new market opportunity within the designated are of assignment.
Conduct road show presentations and agent acquisition follow up after the sales closing.
Conduct on the spot training to new recruited property agents to speed up the education of new property agents.

Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales (target achievement).
Having experience of sales in media/online industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, good negotiator, good presentation, good written and verbal communication skills.
Having a Consultative Selling Skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
Strong analytical skills, knowledge of sales and marketing principles strategies.
Must be comfortable with MS Excel, Power Point and internet technologies.
Experience and passion for online related technologies is an advantage.
An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven, fast learner and has strong analytical skill.
Good ability to write and speak in English.
