Primary Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries by telephone
Provide customers with product and service information, especially for nutrition
Enter new customer information into system
Update existing customer information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Qualification
Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Midwife and Nutritionist
At least 1 year of working experience in Call Center
Willing good work for shifting or office hour
Have knowledge in nutrition
