Primary Responsibility
• Attend to service call and enquiries
• Perform trouble-shooting of the products (gadget) to ensure smooth functioning
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving gadget connectivity

• Maximum Age 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer /Telecommication) or equivalent or any major
• Good communication skill in Bahasa and English both of oral and written
• Capable operate computer and have knowledge about Troubleshooting, PHP, MySQL, Java Script, Ms. Access, Linux, LAN/WAN, HTML.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Call Center, Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
• Full-Time position(s) available
• Willing to work on Shift or Weekend and Public Holiday
• Willing to work in South Jakarta
