• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs• Evaluate needs and plan training• Provide logistical support, course development, delivery,evaluation, process measurements, and cost management

• Maximum 38 years old• Understand to make training need analysis (TNA) and implement of training system• Have leadership skill, communication skill, coaching skill and counseling skill• Good in execution• High initiative and self motivated• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent• Required languages English• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
