Primary Responsibility
- Communication : o Report weekly to the Country Manager & Regional Facilities Director on the status of club facilities management, PPM, Job Requests and minor refurbishments of all facilities & equipment.o Regularly liaise with the other Department Heads.o Conduct weekly facility meeting with the Technicians to ensure PPM and Job Requests are carried out properly in timely fashion
- Operational & Administrative Responsibilities o Manages and oversees facility specific operations and maintenance processes and procedures, overseeing day to day performance of multisite technician team.o To manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) System including scheduling the works, refining processes etc.o Work with the Facilities Director and his peers in other countries to identify best practices to increase longevity of facilities and to reduce cost / time to maintain or operate.o Recruit, manage, train and develop the Technicians who shall have the day to day responsibilities for implementing the PPM and Job Requests on time and in accordance with the company’s procedures.o Audit the club facilities and equipment and to ensure that the PPM and Job Request Systems are being properly implemented to ensure first class facilities are provided to the members.o Well planned Supply Chain Management to establish an inventory strategy that ensures adequate supplies are available to support routine preventive maintenance including long lead items.o Maintain adequate knowledge of and compliance with OSHAo Manage, administer and implement all company policies, standard operating procedures and philosophies and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement in areas of energy consumption, cost savings & reduction, identify best practices, etc.o Oversee all minor refurbishment works (planning, pre-construction, construction and post construction), coordinating with designers and contractors to ensure timely completion in accordance with country standards.o Any other duties as and when assigned by the Country Manager and /or Facilities Director from time to time.o Responsible for the implementation, administration and sustainability of Planon system – the plan of record facilities management software for Fitness First

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Process or CSA)- Must be computer literate.- Must be technically sound and possess strong analytical skill set.- Must possess good working attitude, strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.- Willingness to work long hours inclusive of public holidays and night work.- Complete all management and training courses offered by the Company.- Must be a self-starter and hold strong organisational and management skills.- Must be solution orientated. Must be a problem solver, innovator and provide guidance to all staff.- Must have a high level of drive and desire to be a winner and achieve all set goals.- Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity and an excellent work ethic.- Have the ability to follow up and help implement all systems and procedures installed by the Company.- Proven success in facilities management and / or contract management. Preferable with 5 years or more managerial experience in the field of facilities/ property management. Those who has experiences in hospitability industry will be an added advantage.- English fluency is a must
