Primary Responsibility
- Supporting Claim Analyst, Customer services, Business Retention's
- Registration, reporting claim administration (Letter, Payment, Filling) and management filling (Document claim NPK & Provider)
- Preparing all letters for approved, reject, and pending claim, also benefit coordination
- Registration document claim from TPA (Third Party Administration) and claim payment submission.
- Entry data for claim and reject pending
- File management for claim document
Qualification
Qualification
- Min. D3 from any major
- Having experience in administration area for minimum 1-2 year in insurance industry
- Able to operate MS Office, especially Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
- Attention to detail
